- One 4 oz can of Chicken of the Sea chunk light tuna in water
- One 15 oz can small white beans
- One 4 oz jar sliced roasted red peppers, chopped
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ¼ cup finely chopped yellow onion
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Combine tuna, white beans, roasted red peppers, balsamic, garlic, onion, parsley, basil and salt and pepper to taste! Yup. That’s it. Eat up!
