Balsamic, Fresh Herb Tuna Salad
A healthy, mayo-free, delicious tuna salad.
  • One 4 oz can of Chicken of the Sea chunk light tuna in water
  • One 15 oz can small white beans
  • One 4 oz jar sliced roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • ¼ cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine tuna, white beans, roasted red peppers, balsamic, garlic, onion, parsley, basil and salt and pepper to taste! Yup. That’s it. Eat up!

      Let me know how you like it! :) I think it should probably be three servings but I definitely consumed “half” of it in one sitting.
