I’m always looking for ways to cut out processed foods/artificial ingredients as much as possible. I’ve been wanting to make my own seasonings to replace the packaged kind for a while now, I just never actually got around to it until now! Today I made my own taco seasoning, and once I realized how easy it was, I was seriously thinking why did I wait so long to do this?
This recipe is for one serving, but I quadrupled it and put it in a jar so that I’d have several uses before I had to make more. It’s definitely simple enough to make as you need it, though!
If you have someone in your family with a peanut allergy, please check to make sure that your paprika is not part of the recent recall.
So if you are like me and procrastinating about making your own seasonings, just do it already! You’ll be glad you did ;) I have an awesome taco soup recipe I’ll be sharing soon and it’ll be the perfect chance for you to use your new homemade taco seasoning.
