Little Scholar Tablet Review + #Giveaway!

By -

The SchoolZone Little Scholar tablet is a big hit with my three and a half year-old. It’s filled with educational games, songs, videos and eBooks that read out loud. SchoolZone Little Scholar Tablet He especially likes the Jigsaw puzzle game that helps develop his manual dexterity and matching skills. He also likes Make Me Giggle, where he uses different pieces to create funny faces. The positive reinforcement when he completes a task really builds his confidence. SchoolZone Little Scholar Tablet I like that there are a ton of games built right in, without in-app purchases. Plus, although I can connect the device to my wifi, it has some parents-only features, so I don’t have to worry about my little guy getting out onto the internet and purchasing apps, as he did on the iPad before we smartened up and changed the settings. Kids these days… ;) Little Scholar tablet giveaway My older son has had two gaming devices, both of which use game cartridges. They’re great, don’t get me wrong, but I appreciate that this tablet is all-inclusive, without any small pieces to lose. That’s especially helpful for my younger son. The Little Scholar’s A+ report card feature allows me to see which skills he’s building, and how much time he has spent on each type of activity- reading, readiness, creativity and others in handy charts and graphs. Tablet giveaway The SchoolZone Little Scholar tablet has been great this summer, because after a full day of sun, fun and running around, it’s a good way to help him wind down with an educational activity that I can feel good about, instead of just zoning him out in front of Netflix. He’s excited to be starting preschool in a couple of weeks, and I love that the pre-K app games are reinforcing all of the fun things he’s learning at school and with Mom and Dad.
